At Ram Interior, we value customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality interior design and execution services. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, or cancellations may be considered.
1. Service-Based Nature of Business
Please note that Ram Interior offers personalised design and execution services, which include planning, material selection, custom fabrication, and on-site installation. Due to the customised and service-oriented nature of our work, returns are not applicable once a service has been initiated or completed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

If a client has made an advance payment but decides to cancel the project before any work has started.

If Ram Interior is unable to start the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
In such cases:

A partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

If the design process has already begun or been shared.

If materials have been procured or fabrication has started.

If site work or installation is already underway.

In case of delays caused by the client, site access issues, or changes in scope after approval.
4. Product Returns (Wallpaper, Lights, etc.)

For items like wallpapers, lighting fixtures, furniture, or any custom products provided by Ram Interior:

Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photos/videos.

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.

Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services with written notice. In such cases:

All design fees and payments for work completed up to that point are non-refundable.

Any materials ordered or expenses incurred for the project will be billed to the client.
